Responsible for SANY- AWP business in West India (Maharashtra & Goa) region & reporting to the Head of AWP sales India.* Managed end-to-end sales cycle for SANY- Aerial Work Platform equipment.* Developing and executing major industrial and construction projects for AWP product for rental clients which it will helps me to indirect sales.* Built and maintained strong B2B client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.* Analyze potential in market to plan sales & marketing strategies to meet targets.* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.* Responsible for sales targets, contributing to consistent revenue growth and operational efficiency.* Responsible for Prepared and negotiated sales proposals, contracts and tenders for clients and finalization of all the orders.* Make pipeline every week as well as provides orders expected list to SANY.* Accountable for all the customer payments and related challenges.* Maintain records of sales, service, customer visits, and order lost reports.* Root cause analysis of orders lost and corrective actions for improvement.* Provides Training, technical & product support to clients, ensuring proper application of AWP equipment in industrial and construction environments.* Collaboration with cross-functional teams (operations, service, finance, and logistics) to streamline project execution and maintain high service standards.* Oversaw supply chain planning, shipping logistics, and inventory management, optimizing cost efficiency and delivery timelines.* Handling global trade documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bill of Lading, LC documentation, and compliance with international regulations.* Work coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth cross-border movements.
