Working of key parameters such as Customer satisfaction, Maintain Kitchen store front ratings on swiggy and Zomato (Ensure it should be 4.3 above on WOW), KPT (Ensure that Average Kitchen prep time is less than 10 minutes), Cancellations, Inventory, Wastage, Audits. Doing the indenting of RM and PM on thrice in a week (Ensure Sku’s are not disable due to nonavailability items). Taking care of staff Accommodation which is provide by the organization. Staff is Not facing any issues such as Vegetables, Grocery, Gas cylinder etc. provide these things on time to time.
