With Offsite and Utilities to Meet the requirements of above-mentioned plants.Ammonium Nitrate Solution (ANS) plant expansion plant (Cap. 900 to 1200 TPD). For M/s Deepak Fertilizers & Petro-Chemicals Ltd, Navi Mumbai. Executing this project on EPCM basis. Licensor is Casale.Red label project, Capacity 1500 MT PD of Specialty Chemical for Camlin Life Science Pvt. Ltd. At Special Economic zone (SEZ) at Dahej, Gujarat, IndiaCAPAX Project (cost estimation) with 30% 3D modeling over SP3D Software Ethylene Pipeline Project,(Underground Line) Gulbrandsen Specialty Chemicals Ltd.(GSCL) at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.Key Activities are.• Developed overall Plot plan and unit plot plans for Process plant / utility area / tank farm as per process sequence and considering CCOE /PESO and GIDC Standard Norms.• Developed Under ground Ethylene Line Route as per contour survey received from Client (Gulbrandsen)• Coordination with Interdepartmental and with various package vendors.• MTO preparation, checking & updating as per latest PID.• Preparation of insulation MTO, various piping fittings, speciality items, valves Price schedule /BOQ. • Preparation of Piping Erection Tender.• Checking of 3D Modelling done on SP3D Software Using Nevis Manage 2017 & Nevis Freedom 2019 version
