   I lead our business architecture team and deliver IT transformation within Accenture\'s internal payroll function. I am tasked with creating a global standard that can be used to collect, transform, and send data relative to payroll processing for all countries that Accenture has a headcount in.I lead a global team of 20 individuals who work on understanding the current landscape for each country and determine the changes that need to be made in each area in order to achieve the global standard. I work with leads in other business areas to help explain the payroll vision as well as articulate what is needed from them to achieve a successful payroll transformation.Prior to my time on payroll, I held the same role in our Time and Expense space. I was in charge of designing and solutioning multi-million dollar initiatives. Some notable initiatives include: expense approval design, US overtime simplification, and designing a post-pay audit process. I have also have done release planning, led production support activities for initiatives I was involved in, and participated (led) in countless agile development ceremonies including refinement meetings, IPMs, and retrospectives.
