ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\\\\n• Checking necessary files on linux servers from the respective vendors for the applications.\\\\n• Carry out deployments with the changes required by the client on linux windows servers.\\\\n• Check each and every mails and batches related to the applications and user related requests.\\\\n• Monitoring of batches and jobs, start and end time IN AUTOSYS and keep track of the batches as per regions.\\\\n• Responding to the mails or requester and stakeholders on priority regarding the status of batches or users requests.\\\\n• Keeping track of feed files provider’s from upstream team and following with the same.\\\\n• If job fails of any applications investigate the root cause by checking the logs in Control-M and logs files on the mentioned server.\\\\n• Provide data extracting from the oracle database as per the users requests by raising incidents in SERVICE NOW.\\\\n• Making sure of raising incidents for every task performed on database and server.\\\\n• Distributing the knowledge base document to the team mates and make sure team is updated and updating in JIRA board.\\\\n• Actively participate in deployment activities and deploy the enhancement and changes into applications and server on Jenkins.\\\\n• Monitoring and maintenance of daily scheduled batches, checking batch stats and variance of feeds.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
