With over 14 yrs. of comprehensive experience in the finance sector, I serve as the Chief Financial Officer where I spearhead financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency to fuel our company’s growth and stability. My expertise lies in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, ERP, Fund raising, Fintech Automation.After serving in CA firm for 3 yrs. post articleship, my first big break was Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI). As a financial controller, I managed a big US based account UTC (United Technology Corporation) which is a conglomerate venturing into elevator business (OTIS Elevators), Aviation, Climate Control & Security, Arms & Ammunition etc. I managed business worth USD 20 million in elevator & climate control & security. I streamlined the entire account by helping management by identifying important KPI\'s and also bringing improvement in the project profitability, revenue & cost by insightful analysis & articulate findings In MIS in the form of interactive dashboards on a monthly/quarterly basis. Reduced finance escalation, worked in a pricing project thereby increasing billing rates, prepared SOP.s and trained managers on SAP S4 Hanna.I have also helped my organization raise funds on war footing without collateral security. I have worked on automations thereby helping the organization reduce their time on laborious tasks. I have also worked on cost cutting initiatives. I have represented clients before Income Tax Commissioners/Deputy Commissioner/ITO. I have successfully accomplished various assignments on Statutory Audit, Tax Audits, Accounts, Company affairs, Income Tax.I am a staunch believer in the power of innovation and strategic foresight in finance.
