I am a dedicated and result-oriented professional with over five years of experience in Installation & Commissioning, Maintenance of Machinery, Machine Overhauling, Testing & Inspection. Expertise in assessing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to machinery and delivering quality services in tune with the service standards. Conducting and coordinating with various departments and performing factory and site acceptance tests I worked with ACG Engineering and Wrap Tech Pvt. Ltd. as a production service engineer. I have expertise in the Blister & Cartoning machines and various types of Pouch packaging machines. In my functional area are production and customer service support. I worked with various types of packaging development machine. I wish to seek an opportunity as a production service engineer to showcase my technical and management experiences towards achieving company goals. Responsibility - Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications- Hands-on experience in operating machinery, in-process inspection and after-sales support- providing guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing educating customer about the product operation and maintenance procedures - I am proficient in analyzing issues and developing resolutions in a timely fashion. Adroit in developing training programs to assist Jr. Support Engineers to acquire necessary product expertise.
