About Sachin Madhav
As the VP Delivery Head for Communications Media & Entertainment Vertical @Ltimindtree, I lead the delivery for some of the most sort after Media Logos. Prior to this I was part of Banking and Financial Services (BFS) at LTIMindtree, I lead the global delivery operations for several platinum customers and portfolios, with a total size of over $650 million. I have over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, working with leading companies such as TCS, Cognizant, and LTI, and serving clients across the globe, especially in the US, UK, and BENELUX regions.I am passionate about engaging senior stakeholders, building and strengthening existing relationships, and keeping the client priorities at the center stage. I also excel at identifying, onboarding, and serving the right talent, and empowering them to achieve successful outcomes. My leadership style is that of a coach, and I am a certified Leadership and Life coach, who enjoys enabling the full potential in leaders, colleagues, and teams. I do coaching sessions in my free time and weekends, and I am always keen to learn and grow.
