Project 1: Daimler GmbH – Radar ARS620DP14 Functional Safety: ISO 26262 ASIL B | Platform: TI-AWR2944• Integrated Vector SIP with Classic AUTOSAR Base Software (Ethernet stack) and configured three software variants, resolving all NTS failures. • Developed Wakeup-Dai component to evaluate wakeup signals, validate pulses, and enable passive ECU wakeup per Daimler specifications. • Implemented Power Life Cycle Management (PLCM) ensuring proper ECU state transitions, network management coordination, and power recovery behavior. • Implemented STBM_REC for time synchronization including master/slave behavior, fallback handling, and timestamp management. • Performed unit testing using Google Test and static code analysis with QAC Helix. • Developed FCU component for Ethernet Rx/Tx mapping, PHY-to-raw data conversion, vehicle time mapping, E2E signal and timeout monitoring, radar data transmission, sensor health reporting, and safe communication via Degradation Manager.Project 2: Daimler GmbH – Radar ARS620DP28 Functional Safety: ISO 26262 ASIL B | Platform: TI-AWR2944• Developed mECU Proof of Concept by merging two NCDs into a single software for left/right variants; successfully demonstrated to the customer. • Integrated nine software variants, optimizing NCD configuration and reducing OEM turnaround time for winter testing. • Designed Egomotion mapping between ComStack and Vehicle Dynamics stack enabling ADAS features such as EBA, LKA, ACC, and RPCA. • Implemented Degradation concept for the mECU architecture. • Developed Python scripts to detect configuration mismatches across Mercedes NCD versions, reducing manual comparison effort. • Participated in customer workshops and weekly calls to review requirements and resolve technical issues. • Also contributed to Wakeup-Dai, PLCM, STBM_REC, FCU development, SIP/NCD integration, QA activities, and built a Python-based AUTOSAR NCD ARXML comparison tool with Excel reporting.
