Responsible for designing the concept electrical vehicle Battery pack mountings, Frame structure. design modification, creating the manufacturing drawings looking the static and dynamic interference and clearance for the sour rending units for the variant MLU Jaguar vehicle. Led the Designing of cooling system pack, Pipes routings, mountings for the cooling system, layout and engineering drawings creation. Co-ordination with CAE team to validate the design components. Looking for the battery pack integration for modular platform vehicle for both BEM & PACK. Co-ordination with other department to smoothen the product development process design review with manufacturing and vendors for tooling and developing the parts Responsible for creating the validation assessment plan to define the test cases DVP for battery pack and cooling system pack along with stake holder, Preparing the time line and co-ordinates with vendor. Supporting the launch phase activities to ensure a smooth release process.
