Perform transaction in Supplier Transparency per request from Merck and MSD Global. ST records creation/update can be resulted from (but not limited to): ST update due to supplier qualification, ST update due to supplier changes. Perform ST quarterly periodic data review and co-ordinate with site SMEs to complete review on time. Receive, assign, track and execute supplier qualification requests. Perform audit assessment and complete required documentation for justification for no audit, or a new audit request. Generate new and revise changes and quality agreements using company’s template. Follow up with MSD ST quality approvers to approve ST records. Support sites for audit preparations and handling of regulatory and customer audits.
