Working closely with district teams to ensure sustainability of Cluster Level Federation (CLF) models and enhance their long-term viability-1. Strengthened grassroots governance by addressing policy gaps and improving CLF viability through ₹3 Cr capital infusion. Leveraged MIS dashboards for data-driven program improvements at district-block levels. Established CBO audit systems and performance metrics to enhance transparency and institutional sustainability. Managed end-to-end project lifecycle & supported district team in developing model CLFs.

As a student of social work under the program of livelihood and social entrepreneurship, I have a keen interest in understanding the structural hindrances in people development. I am passionate about exploring the complexities of people\'s lives and strive to find effective solutions to help them overcome these challenges. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in social work, enabling me to understand the complexities of human behavior and the social systems that affect people\'s lives. Through my studies, I have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities, and to develop and implement effective interventions to improve their livelihoods. My focus on social entrepreneurship has also equipped me with the skills to think creatively and innovatively, enabling me to identify and pursue opportunities for social change and transformation. I am passionate about developing sustainable solutions that address the root causes of social problems, rather than just treating the symptoms. I am particularly interested in understanding the structural hindrances that prevent people from achieving their full potential, and I am committed to finding ways to address these issues. I am a dedicated and passionate social work student with a strong desire to understand and address the complexities of people\'s lives. I am excited to continue learning and growing in my field, and to work collaboratively with others to create meaningful and sustainable change.
