Working in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operation for Tata Sampann Masala like Tata Sampann Masala, Tata Gofit Plant based Protein Powder,Tata Sampann Dryfruits and Tata Cafe Special,Tata Sampann Vermicelli, Tata Simply Batter and Tata Sampann New product range (Pure Spices, Blended Spices, Staples & Plant Protein, Whole Spices & Dry Fruits)Handling 5 Co- Packing (3P) facilities across India.Plant and build budget for operation, Quantity and Supply Chain functions for meeting the COGS as per the business proposal.Drive and Business innovations of New projects and do Commercialization within the project time line along with the R&D team.Working on Process Improvement and Standardization of Process across all the Co - Manufacturing Units as per the business requirements.Production Scheduling for achieving maximum output of the 3p unit and handling forward supply chain activities to meet the business targets. Ensuring Production plan and executing the dispatches from 3p Units.Handling Inventory Management System for Raw materials & Packing Material planning to achieve 100% Production Compliances.Working on Corrective Measures through application of troubleshooting tools like Root cause analysis & CAPA\'s.
