As a Deputy Program Manager and Transition Manager, Mr. Joshi successfully lead transition of GCSS-MC/LCM from an incumbent System Integrator to CACI. This involves leading a team of more than 50 resources across DBA, Sysadmins, Oracle EBS Functional and Technical Development, Help Desk (Tier 1, 2 and 3), Cyber Security Management, Change Management, Release Management, Testing and Training. In collaboration with Marine Corps Program Office, Mr. Joshi defined transition checklist of more than 400 items, consolidated the items in twelve subject area groups, identified verification artifacts for completing the checklist items, scheduled knowledge transfer sessions, delivered CDRLs and other verification artifacts to demonstrate the capability and successfully led the team to complete Transition Readiness Reviews for each group. Mr. Joshi established good relationships with key stakeholders at Marine Core Program office leading to a successful outcome of completing the transition.
