I am a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in leading complex and large-scale projects across various industries and geographies. I have a proven track record of delivering value-added solutions for clients in the areas of merger and acquisitions, divestitures, strategy, program and portfolio management, digital and IT strategy, change management, operating model, and business process optimization.In my previous role as M&A Integration Lead at Google, I spearheaded the separation of one of the largest bets from Google\'s application landscape and created a scalable framework that can be leveraged for future bets separations. I also developed a comprehensive M&A integration service catalog that defined and measured the services offered across due diligence, day 1, and post-close integration.
