Working effectively with multiple functions (Credit Controlling, Fin ops, BSC & Business verticals) to ensure smooth business operations.8. Support Central finance team to develop, coordinate & manage India level reports with detailed analysis and finance input to drive Weekly Pulse, Monthly results & AOP / Forecast.9. Driving monthly business reviews of each branch in North region to understand what went wrong, what could have been better, learnings from what went well.10. Extending support to drive key business parameters directly with front line operation team for some of the selected branches.
