Passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to solve complex business problems and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Something about My Career Path:I started my career as a dot net developer in the year 2005. Worked on asp.net and vb.net with Visual Studio. In 2008 moved to Ruby on Rails. Since then used this technology to craft web applications. Have developed big, and small types of applications.Since mid-2014 building mobile apps using hybrid technology. Initially, started with PhoneGap with Cordova and later switched to ionic with angular for building apps.Using my earlier learnings and experiences, in September 2015, got an opportunity to form my own development team with old colleagues. Here, apart from business did coding and other required technical stuff and got my work done by full-timers and freelancing team.In 2016 March due to the financial condition of the company I decided to move out and took an opportunity with SenecaGlobal as a Technology Specialist. Here, I was leading cross-functional teams of developers, UX, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers. I was responsible for the architecture of the project. Apart from communicating with the client, my role here was to Analyse the requirements and review the requirement analysis & code and suggest any improvements if any, used latest tools & technologies, and see if the deployments go as per schedule. Also, involved in coding whether it\'s development or deployment.Later, worked at a FinTech Company as an Engineering and DevOps leader. Leveraged the latest services of AWS to make the product world-class with maximum automation and low infrastructure cost.Currently, working at Mercer overseeing Data Engineering and Solutions.I am good at preparing weekly reports for the client and presenting monthly project reviews to the management.Apart from regular development have also worked on IoT project.
