Total length of 31 km (27.51km EL & 3.39km UG). 28 stations (26 EL & 2 UG). • Depot with 27 stabling lines, maintenance sheds, OCC, DCC etc.Client: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (MPMRCL)Role: • Senior Architect with the General Consultant (JV of DB + LB + PINI)• Worked on pre & post tender stages of elevated, underground & depot contracts.• Conceptual & tender designs of EL & UG stations. Alignment & land acquisition. • As lead architect of UG package, reviewing the contractor\'s design & dealing with contractual issues. • Managing design development and interface with Systems & E&M.• Reviewed tender documents of metro rail depot prepared by DDC for item rate contract.• NBC & NFPA and IGBC platinum rating. Feasibility of PD, MMI & MMTH proposals.
