Involved in checking piping study, fixing final location/elevation of equipments and arrangement of technical structure for equipments. Preparation & checking of plot plan, Equipment layout and Piping Layout. Nozzle orientation, platform and ladder arrangement of column, heat exchanger, air cooler and vertical vessel. Review and comments on vendor drawings. Navis Work Review and PDMS 3D Modelling of Equipments, Piping and pipe supports. Stress analysis of critical lines by Caesar V-5.1 software and support marking on Isometrics. Checking of Isometric drawings with PID. Preparation and checking of Pipe support schedule and civil loading data. Inter discipline Co-ordination with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, process and client. Materials take off of piping and pipe supports.
