ABOUT SACHIN BHATMULEY
As an IP attorney focused on technology transactions, Sachin represents clients in technology licensing and other complex transactions. Sachin has helped clients achieve their business objectives by structuring and negotiating transactions in a broad range of technologies including SaaS, pharma, life sciences, dental equipment, and microwave technologies.Sachin has extensive experience working with licensees and early-state device makers in the 4G/5G wireless communications space. Previously as an IP litigator, Sachin represented clients in semiconductors, software, mobile payments, and 3D bioprinting technologies in district court litigations. He has successfully defended client in an IPR petition challenge before the PTAB. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sachin established Qualcomm\'s sub-Sahara Africa presence. He architected, established, and ran Qualcomm\'s Design in India Challenge (QDIC)- an in-house technology incubator. The success of this program led it to be replicated in other Qualcomm regional offices in Asia.
