Daily Disbursement of Billing amount to TKM and Dealers• Prepare the disbursal memo and manage the system transaction.• Co-ordinate with TKM and Finance for timely payment and reconciliation • Manage daily payment allocation to the dealer’s account• Calculate the Daily limit for the dealers and share the same to brand on regular intervals• Calculation of the monthly interest process and charges to the debited to the dealers.• Preparation and circulation of daily due overdue reports• monitor strong manual system of all billing happening from TKM and repayment being made by the dealers • Strong Co-ordination with TKM on the operational level meeting• Follow-up with dealers on payment and describe to them the impact on credit limit after balancing repayment schedule with overdue• Identify the need of IT system upgrade in line with business plan• Coordination with IT team for IT system challenges for smooth business operations• Engage with dealers to provide details about the product – associated credit and payment terms, documents required – and answer any queries regarding the contract
