Working in collaboration with the Department of Women and Child Development (WCD) and the State Education Department of Punjab, I lead the implementation of the Aarambh Program in Gurdaspur district. This program focuses on improving Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) outcomes by strengthening Anganwadi centers, increasing parental engagement, and building system-level capacities through tech-enabled solutions.Key Responsibilities & Duties- Implement and monitor the Aarambh ECCE program across multiple blocks in Gurdaspur district- Coordinate with CDPOs, supervisors, Anganwadi Workers, and district officials to ensure alignment and smooth execution of program goals- Facilitate capacity building of frontline workers through training, on-ground support, and regular communication- Promote and track digital learning interventions delivered via WhatsApp-based parent groups, ensuring active participation and meaningful engagement- Use data dashboards and field reports to track program effectiveness, identify challenges, and implement real-time improvements- Organize community-based activities and events to encourage awareness, parent-child interaction, and ECCE practices at home- Represent Rocket Learning in district-level reviews, build government partnerships, and ensure high-quality reporting and documentation- Collaborate with internal teams (content, operations, and data) to contextualize interventions for local needs- Drive system ownership by building long-term capacity within the public education and ICDS systems.
