In this role, I lead a high-performing team that consistently ranks in the top 3 for weekly sales targets across the store network, driven by strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.Day-to-day, I manage stock levels, place orders every other day to maintain availability, and ensure smooth operations across every shift. Working directly with customers has built my confidence, sharpened my communication skills, and given me a real feel for how UK consumers shop and what they respond to.This experience has taught me how to lead under pressure, hit commercial targets, and coordinate across a fast-moving team.
