About Sacha Litman
I advise higher education, employer, and state leaders to build education-employer partnerships that close talent supply-demand gaps. My mission is to improve students\' employment outcomes; higher ed enrollment, brand perception, and financial sustainability; and states\' ability to attract and retain talent and employers. My functional expertise is in student analytics, where I design models such as outcomes-aligned student financing, financial aid optimization, HR/workforce analytics, and schedule optimization. I build replicable and scalable products to serve clients, design new business models and deliver on client revenue targets, and lead teams of consultants and data scientists. As a former edtech founder and CEO, I use my entrepreneurial skills to build new approaches. In addition, I regularly write papers and speak at key sector conferences.
