By leveraging software, data analysis, and knowledge management, we facilitated data-driven decisions to keep millions of merchants safe and secure on the Shopify platform.Some of my key accomplishments over the years:> Co-pioneered the creation of Shopify’s Trust & Safety team which developed and enforced policies and processes keeping the platform and its millions of merchants safe.> Spearheaded a strong program management team, growing it from 1 person to 14 individuals, serving as the backbone of Trust & Safety and Legal functions.> Instrumental in developing and implementing Agiloft, a contract software, for Legal’s contract generation, and successfully led the Legal department\'s contract migrations.> Championed the creation of streamlined contract management processes for the Enterprise Sales (Plus Revenue) team, resulting in a 100% increase in the ability to accurately track contract revisions and pricing adjustments.> Established and nurtured cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Product teams, Executives, and C-Suite, aligning software development initiatives with business goals.)In my personal time, I indulge in interior design and received my Diploma of Interior Design in 2022.
