As an Employee Development Specialist & LMS Administrator at Community Supports Network, I coordinate and facilitate onboarding and note training for direct support professionals and employment specialists who work with adults with disabilities. I have over 18 years of experience in corporate training and HR, creating and executing engaging and effective training programs from scratch.My passion is to develop people and help them achieve their desired goals and outcomes. I adapt my teaching style to each learner\'s disability, learning style, and education level, and I provide constructive feedback for improvement. I also manage all training materials and ensure compliance with Medicaid, and company standards. In 2010, I received the People Developer of the Year Award from Applebee\'s for my training systems and approach to individualized learning.
