Eden Custom Training is trusted by businesses and the public sector across the UK to deliver training, qualifications and internal quality assurance (IQA) services. We specialise in first aid, fire safety, pre-hospital care, mental health and manual handling courses for organisations and individuals.Based in Coventry in the West Midlands, we deliver our courses wherever we’re needed and can tailor our training to suit your exact needs. We work in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, fire service, schools, community first response and event cover.Our trainers can come to your premises if you have suitable facilities, and we also offer open training courses at high-quality venues around the UK. We’re approved by Qualsafe Awards (QA), and we use regulated qualifications wherever possible.Founded by Sacha and Wayne Quinney in 2008, we’ve built a network of professional trainers with extensive experience in their specialist fields.

Most people will never face a life threatening emergency at work. But if they do, what happens in the first few minutes can really make a difference.With over 30 years of experience in the UK Fire & Rescue Service, attending incidents, leading teams, witnessing how quickly situations can escalate. and how crucial it is that staff are trained, calm, and confident when dealing with emergency situations.I have attended incidents where people knew what to do… and other incidents where they didn’t.Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how people respond under pressure, not just physically, but mentally as well. Emergencies aren’t always large incidents, sometimes it’s stress, low confidence, or hesitation that has the biggest impact.It’s a big part of why I do what I do today!I have been in education for 30 years gaining qualifications and real life experiences in Fire Safety, First Aid, Mental Health and Pre-Hospital Emergency Care ensuring every session is customised to real world experience and best practice.Now, as Director of Training at Eden Custom Training, I draw on that experience to deliver practical, engaging, and sector specific training that empowers teams to act effectively and confidently under pressure.
