Here, I was a Level 6 module Coordinator, and took on senior lecturer and course leader responsibilities. I led a L6 top up pilot programme for Coventry University in Oldham (at a HEI called The Academy of Science Technology & Management). Having successfully completed one year with a perfect pass rate for all but one module (Research Projects - 96%), the programme was extended nationally.• Taught on a L3 module (Leadership and Management), and all L6 Modules (Contemporary Issues in Business, Strategy and Change, International Business and Globalisation, and Business Research Projects [which involved supervising 53 students]).• As lead I designed content, assignment briefs, & marking criteria - in line with QAA/CMI criteria, onto a VLE. • Helped manage (or support) the full student life cycle at Oldham. This includes assisting students with: admission, enrolment, induction, gaining IT access (onto a mobile VLE platform & outlook), student/academic support, welfare issues, and graduation.
