Responsible for delivering the digital transformation to 2500 bankers and support functions for their CRM needs, pipeline management, revenue attribution, conflict management system, transaction approval workflows, document retention. Leading a global team of ~ 40 technical and non-technical resources as a servant leader and reporting to the Head of IBCM IT. Ideation, Planning and Reporting: Identification of deficient/nonexistent IT capabilities and strategize to deliver. Creating and presenting product road maps, help securing budgets and maximize the value delivered for the IT spend. Defining the product vision, turning it to an actionable backlog, ratifying it with the stakeholders, define track and report milestones. Evaluation, adoption and integration of “off the shelf” products delivering inorganic speed to deliverables. Leading requirement elicitation workshops, brainstorming use cases. Digital Transformation Delivery: Migration of legacy CRM to Salesforce and other modern cloud based infrastructure. Development of in-house Risk & Controls approvals framework, document retention on a cloud native tech stack (SpringBoot, Docker, OpenShift) and promoting Devops and CI/CD practices. Data orchestration using Kafka synchronizing cloud and on prem data stores, revenue systems, outlook meetings ingestion. Architecture and IT risk: Part of the group\'s IT leadership committee, responsible for defining the IT strategy of the group, weigh technical approaches, and make sure the group is on a very strong technical footing and minimal technical debt. Architect a right sized, highly performing, scalable, reliable product on a disaster recovery compliant infrastructure. Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards of data retention, encryption at rest / in transit, penetration test remediation, plan and lead infrastructure and software upgrades. Engage with Internal Audit, compliance answering regulatory IT inquiries.
