Career & Industry Guidance •Educate students on career opportunities in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, risk management, and auditing. •Provide insights on global finance certifications vs Indian finance certifications. •Help students align course selection with industry demand and future roles.5. Relationship Management •Build strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals. •Maintain regular communication to ensure student satisfaction and retention. •Collect feedback for continuous improvement of counseling processes.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES. •Strong knowledge of CFA, CA, and FRM courses (exam structure, levels, scope). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to explain complex financial education concepts simply. •Sales orientation with student-first counseling approach. •Empathy, patience, and motivational skills. •Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
