Manage the Practice needs for ~30 Engineers in the Western Region - Develop Plan, Procedure, Guide, Training plan and execution strategy including optimum size and time, synced with Company objectives- Identify upcoming needs for the resources to perform the project tasks smoothly in terms of training, resrouces, software tools etc. Act as an Lead to manage specialized software and time sharing- Collaboarte with other regions in terms of innovation, project shares to foster regions growth and expertise- Perform Technical and Quality audits on Projects for Complainae with ISO and provincial standards- Perform crisis management, client feedbacks, project post mortem etc to contrinuously improve- Meet Local and other region Directors to understand the Skills Matrix and support in hiring strategically- Coach, Mentor, Train resources as part of ongoing mandates- Identify and plan for the strategic innovation to be more competitive, productive (such as in specialized studies, Wind, Solar, DPS, Renewable Energy, Transmission Planning etc.) in order to provide state of an art service to the client.
