ABOUT SABRINE AIDI-KNANI

Entrepreneur and scientist working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, medical imaging, and healthcare innovation.I am the co-founder and CEO of Womia, a HealthTech company building a platform that integrates AI medical applications and secure data workflows to support earlier detection of cardiovascular diseases and enhance precision and trust in care. Our mission is to make precision, high-quality care accessible, particularly in regions where advanced diagnostic technologies are limited.I hold a PhD in Neuroscience from Aix-Marseille Université and a PhD in Biotechnology from University of Monastir. My research in cognitive neuroscience at the Laboratoire de Neurosciences Cognitives, a joint unit of CNRS and Aix-Marseille Université, led to publications in journals including Neuropharmacology and Behavioural Pharmacology.I also co-founded and serve as Dean of Pristini School of AI, the first university in Africa dedicated to artificial intelligence, where we aim to train engineers and innovators capable of addressing global technological challenges.My work today focuses on applying science and AI to healthcare systems to improve diagnostics, foster trust in care, expand access, and promote more inclusive preventive and precision medicine.
