With industry experience spanning finance, nonprofits, media, and education — from 4-person ventures to global firms — I bring a cross-sector lens to solving business challenges and building people-centered teams and systems.I specialize in bringing structure to ambiguity: creating new processes where none exist, scaling initiatives across teams, and aligning people and strategy. My sweet spot is combining rigor and empathy — ensuring growth is not just good for business but good for humans as well.Currently, I serve as Business Manager in J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Bank, partnering with the Head of the $3B Specialized Industries group. I act as a trusted subject matter expert and the go-to resource for operationalizing cross-industry projects. In parallel, I serve as “Chief of Staff” for our 30-person Business Management team, with a focus on talent development, process improvement, and program management.Before joining J.P. Morgan, I was a Portfolio Manager on a Venture Capital and Startup Banking team at First Republic Bank. Earlier in my career, I led communications and operational projects at a scrappy nonprofit startup, supported C-suite executives at Disney, and taught high school Spanish through Teach For America. I earned my MBA with distinction from NYU Stern. I’m eager to build within mission-driven organizations.
