I build the systems that let design and product teams do their best work. Over the past decade, I\'ve operated at the intersection of design, product, and technology — not as a passenger, but as the architect of how teams move. I\'ve scaled DesignOps practices from the ground up, stood up design system programs from zero, and spent the last two years building AI-integrated workflows that change how product teams plan, ship, and learn.My work lives in the space between vision and execution. I\'m the person who asks why does this process exist, and can we make it smarter — then actually builds the answer. I\'ve built community-driven product roadmaps. I\'ve led company-wide rebrands across creative, go-to-market, and product. I\'ve created capacity planning infrastructure that made distributed teams measurably more efficient.Before Zapier, I spent nearly six years at Instrument building digital experiences for Google, YouTube, and other Alphabet Companies, and Emerson Collective — learning what it means to execute at scale with clients who don\'t accept anything less than exceptional.What I bring that\'s harder to find: I understand design deeply enough to earn the trust of designers, and I understand product well enough to help PMs find space to continue great work. That dual fluency — plus a systems mindset and genuine enthusiasm for what AI is making possible — is what I build on.
