ABOUT SABRINA HANNAM
As the CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors with global bandwidth, I’ve dedicated my entire career to scaling companies, facilitating entry into new markets, introducing innovation and fresh perspectives that drive accelerated high growth, and taking companies public abroad and in the US. As an example, I’m proud to have helped fuel the success of Pacaso in their IPO efforts and to secure $125 million in Series C funding.I am well known for taking complicated transactions and breaking them down to facilitate successful negotiations and communications with shareholders, regulators, and the board. I have served in Corporate Governance roles and on Compensation Committees of pre-IPO and public company boards, setting the company strategy with appropriate risk oversight. Currently, I serve on several boards and have developed a reputation as a thought leader in capital markets, fintech, and sports and entertainment industries. As a Senior Executive and Board of Director, I have enabled professionals and organizations—Fortune 50, start-up, NGO and fledgling companies—to transform vision to action and achieve lasting success. Among other achievements, I have played a vital role in: Record-Breaking, Rapid 450% Growth. I developed and led the execution of innovative operational strategies that delivered triple-digit growth for a law firm – evolving from the ground floor to an international presence and leading market share. Positioning Companies for IPO. I led Spirit Aerosystems’ IPO, the 2nd largest IPO in U.S. history at the time. Throughout my tenure I have taken 5+ private companies public and handled international deals across 42 countries in sports, tech, capital market and finance industries. Teaching & Thought Leadership. I currently serve as a lecturer in Corporate Finance at Columbia University Graduate School of Professional Studies and as a guest lecturer to MBA students at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I am a business mentor to early-stage founders, including the $5.7 billion Echoing Green Foundation. At this stage of my career, I’m driven to leverage my operational expertise and board of directors experience in the technology or sports and entertainment industries. s••••••••@gmail.comIndustries & Board Expertise: Sports & Entertainment Industry Capital Markets Finance Private Board of Directors Advice Public Board of Directors Advice Technology Expert
