   As the Senior Researcher of Consumer Insights at Team Whistle, a global media company under the DAZN umbrella, my mission is to serve as the in-house expert on our audiences\' attitudes, behaviors, and motivators. Through mixed-method research, campaign reporting and analytics, and insights-related resource creation and development, I leverage cutting-edge research methods and tools to drive the development of our intellectual property and support our business in achieving overarching objectives. My primary responsibilities encompass a range of cross-organizational quantitative and qualitative research, including A/B concept and talent testing, media efficacy and development, branded partnership success, publishing strategies, societal trends, user experience, and thought leadership studies. To support our brand partnerships team, I manage a team of analysts who track and analyze branded, social content across our in-house and talent channels. I am also responsible for packaging and productizing our research and insights offerings, streamlining internal processes, and increasing insight-sharing efficiency across the organization.
