   As one of Vontier’s first corporate hires, played a leadership role in the company’s separation from Fortive and developing and operationalizing a wide range of foundational initiatives including articulating Vontier’s purpose, values, and vision; establishing robust inclusion, diversity & equity (ID & E) and culture programs; and championing the Vontier V-Core leadership behaviors. Serves as a trusted advisor to Vontier’s CEO and leadership team to strategize and execute global communications in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Leads the day-to-day activation of the company’s purpose and values with clear, cohesive internal and external communications across a wide range of touchpoints including Vontier.com, events, recruiting materials, policies, videos, annual reports, Vontier Social, and LinkedIn. Ensures an inclusive culture by showcasing employee accomplishments and incorporating team voices at every opportunity. Helped form the Vontier ID & E Council, employee resource groups, and Vontier Cares. Serves on the Vontier ID & E Council, Vontier Black Network ESG Steering Committee, and the Vontier Foundation Board of Directors.
