With over eleven years of experience in the construction industry, I am a skilled and versatile project manager who combines design expertise and contractor knowledge to deliver quality projects that meet clients\', users\', and stakeholders\' needs and expectations. My core competencies include project planning, construction drawings, interior design, design-build, rehabilitation hospitals, evidence-based design, collaboration, problem-solving, support, documentation, and management. I have successfully managed the design and construction of several rehabilitation hospitals ranging from 50K SF to 80K SF, and up to $32 million, as well as Multi-family projects up to $10 million, and Tenant Interiors ranging from $4 -$12 million, working closely with tradespeople, vendors, clients, and designers. I also mentor and oversee junior staff members, contributing to their professional development and company growth. My passion is to create functional and sustainable spaces that enhance the health and well-being of those who use them.
