Manage daily operation of a 432-bed, mixed-population, co-ed community with suite-style rooms and loan key desk operations for 4 residential area buildings serving over 1,600 residential students. Supervise 1 SHRA professional Administrative Support Specialist (Loan Key Operator), 10 Residential Assistants, and 10 Desk Assistants; conducted supervisory meetings and completed formal and informal performance appraisals for staff. Advise in-hall community council of 10 representatives, and 15 professional staff community council advisors. Facilitate the talent acquisition process - recruitment, selection, hiring and training - of over 300 student staff each annual cycle, 2 Administrative Support Specialists, Graduate Hall Assistant, RECs, Assistant Directors, and Associate Directors. Founded a sustainable structure and strategic plan for Residential Leadership Hall Councils and coordinated annual experience-wide programs for all students to celebrate the UNCC Community. Serve as the chair for the leadership programs (Residential Student Association Advisor), recognition committee, and participated on the recruitment and selection committee. Serve as a hearing officer of alleged misconduct, care and concern, and alternative resolution process cases for the student conduct process, including sanctioning for violations of university policies. Serve in an on-call after-hours rotation to support students during times of crisis and manage their follow-up care for the residence life program for approximately residential students. Provide vision and strategic planning/goals for the academic, social and personal development of over 400 students via an educational curriculum. Manage an in-hall budget of approximately for office supplies, curricular initiatives, staff development, hall council, and miscellaneous purchases, and the Residential Student Association budget of over $100k for campus-wide programming, projects and initiatives.
