About Sabrina Viscomi
I love problems to fix and knots to unwind. I assess business and organizational problems and create solutions and processes to resolve them. The goal is to bring structure to chaos and create efficiencies so technical teams can stay focused on their goals and move forward. I drive consistent and clear communication around the narrative of an organization. My experience is in creating presentations and documentation that weave the success story of organizations while elevating the risks. I speak fluent C-suite, but also bring transparency to clients, colleagues, and regulators. I am a highly visual person who loves the “A-ha!” moment when someone sees a visual I’ve created and it all clicks. My approach includes using data to tell the story and reveal patterns, outliers, and actions to execute. I believe in strong data quality in support of robust reporting that will guide teams to improve and more effectively achieve results. My interest in data even extends into my personal life where I am often collecting data about myself and turning it into data visualizations as an art form (see my Featured section). When I’m not working, you can find me traveling the world. I have a well-used passport and gain a lot of creative energy from new places and experiences. I am also pretty much always learning a new language and working my way through a pile of books I want to read. Specialties: Program Management, Risk Management, Process Design & Enhancement, Data & Information Visualization, Executive Reporting, Strategic Planning
