As the Director, Talent Management & Technology I contribute to the thought leadership and innovative process design for integrated Talent Management, Mobility and Development solutions across the enterprise. This includes delivering the strategy, technology, processes, tools and capabilities to support our Human Capital Partners, business leaders and employees on their talent, career, development and learning journey- Build strong partnerships to collaborate and influence talent strategy and process improvement across the enterprise. Gather ongoing feedback from key stakeholder groups to ensure needs are being met- Recommend and drive talent management, development and learning process improvements to simplify and create a better user experience for the organization - Own Oracle enhancement design, delivery and testing - Lead change enablement on projects with a consistent focus on end-user adoption, taking into consideration the needs of different personas and engaging stakeholders throughout all change enablement efforts - Contribute to the strategy and execution of mobility and functional skills initiatives. Actively surface connection points across the talent system to ensure comprehensive solutions and associated messaging
