ABOUT SABRINA MONTESINO

My name is Sabrina Montesino and I am a recent graduate with an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. I acquired my Bachelor of Arts degree in Film while also studying a double minor in Strategic Communications and Marketing from the University of Central Florida.I am currently a Marketing Advisor at Compass where I provide strategic support for real estate agents in the Tri State area. In addition to building brand strategies for both agents and their listings, I project manage custom agent marketing needs including managing the design workflow, liaising with vendors, communicating updates with agents, and following up on success/metrics post-campaign.As the former Executive Director of the Campus Activities Board at UCF, I was able to gain extensive experience in leadership and the handling of important duties at an agency. For example, at the end of the Fall semester, I was tasked to argue the budget for the next fiscal year for the agency and how the budget would be allocated within the organization. By being prepared and presenting a strong argument, I was able to get an additional approved. I was in charge of leading an executive board team of nine directors and a group of over 100 members. My most important attributes include integrity, inclusivity, and tolerance. Every one of my past experiences are valuable and important for my personal growth and career development. I look for opportunities to grow in every role along with ways to make the position impactful for not only clients, but also internal teams.
