Partnering with leaders, team members, and key stakeholders to advise on talent, including onboarding, talent review and assessment, career development, succession planning, internal mobility, engagement action planning, and rewards/recognition. Championing HR programs, practices, and policies with the overall objective of nurturing and maintaining a strong, people focused culture. Owning employee relations issues within the segment and working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to recognize, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues and create meaningful solutions. Handling all training initiatives within the segment, managing them through facilitation, communication, tracking, and partnership with the Training Department.
