Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and interview high-quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients ·Execute sourcing strategies based on a thorough analysis of client job description, including relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills, and communication skills ·Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, technical screening, resume presentation, interview prep, interview debrief, and offer negotiation ·Build, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market ·Consistently and creatively source, recruit, interview, and pipeline top-tier technical talent based on the needs of existing clients and prospect accounts ·Market each Talent’s skill, knowledge and unique abilities to my clients and prospects in order to generate new job orders ·Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ·Conduct interview prep calls with consultants prior to their interview as well as debrief calls immediately following their interview to keep the process moving ·Extend offers to candidates and execute background screens, drug screens, new hire paperwork, and any relocation packages as needed ·Maintain constant communication with all customers and consultants to maintain a healthy relationship and proactively avoid any unexpected issues ·Consult with candidates to understand their career aspirations and professional goals and match them with the needs of my clients ·Serve as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries in IT and Engineering roles ·Leverage relationships with candidates, clients and professional network to generate leads and referrals
