The Alameda County Information Technology Department (ITD) is the central technology support for the County’s agencies and departments who serve the community of more than 1.5 million people who are dependent on the services the County provides-Supervises AV equipment used for the Alameda County Board of Supervisors teleconferenced public meetings amounting to 500+ attendees; i.e. Granicus & Crestron severs, Yamaha switch and microphones, etc. on a daily basis-Surveys and assists with site technical designs via MagicPlan among 20+ county buildings monthly to build out Logitech/Yamaha based conference rooms-Implements Avanti ticketing system to enact quotes with A/V procurement and technical builds on a daily basis; resolving 20+ tickets weekly-Builds Logitech rally kits, hubs, switches, and rally kits throughout Alameda County’s 20 buildings on a biweekly basis

I have experience with multiple ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, Cherwell and Avanti. With programming experience, A/V knowledge and a love for PC assembly, my goal is to pursue further technical growth!
