ABOUT SABRINA ELLIS

I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Work Psychologist and Wellbeing Director, specialising in neurodiversity, co-occurring mental health and substance use, trauma, and recovery-focused practice.My career spans clinical practice, organisational wellbeing, addictions recovery, homelessness services, and leadership within both NHS and community settings. I combine evidence-based practice, psychological insight and lived experience to support individuals and teams to thrive in emotionally demanding environments.As founder of a UK wellbeing CIC, I lead programmes that include:• Reflective practice & psychological safety for teams• Neurodiversity assessments and strengths-based profiles• Workforce wellbeing strategy & consultancy• Coaching for adults, young people & leaders• Community mental health and recovery capital projectsI’m passionate about helping people feel seen beyond labels — and helping organisations build cultures that value authenticity, resilience and growth.
