ABOUT SABRINA CRAWLEY

I currently hold dual roles acting as the Director of Operations for the Americas Project Management business at CBRE as well as maintaining responsibilities as CFO for CBRE Heery, Inc.In January of 2021, I added the role of Operations Director at CBRE partnering with the Americas President and Sr. Leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities for business operations, financial operations, performance management and mergers & acquisitions for the $438M/1500 employee business. I am responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and collaboration through allocating resources to the most productive uses and implementing common platforms for teams to manage the business. My past experience, awareness of all facets of the business and open communication skills have allowed me to work effectively with the leadership in Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Business Development and Marketing to integrate the operations and support of the Project Management business at CBRE. Prior to this expanded operations role, I held progressively responsible roles at Heery International, now CBRE Heery, with the most recent role being CFO. During my 20-year tenure, the company grew from $250M in revenue/500 employees to $1B+ in revenue/1500+ employees. I led and supported teams during this high growth period and through the company\'s evolution in business structure (organic/M&A) and ownership while maintaining resolute focus on our clients, projects, and employees. I am passionate about building partnerships and fostering collaborative relationships. I believe in prioritizing all people in our business and providing the tools and support they need to be their best; Together we can deliver amazing outcomes for our clients, our business and our communities.
