ABOUT SABRINA CONSIGLIO

Executive Level Change Agent in Senior Living and Geriatric Healthcare Administration specializing in troubleshooting census and operationally challenged communities. Upon completion of my Masters in Public Health, I began working in Healthcare Administration. Almost immediately, I became a trouble-shooter known for turning troubled communities through building a team who was empowered to identify and systematically solve problems. I have managed large and small projects including new initiatives, pilot programs with hospitals, major construction projects, and hospitality programs. With my ability motivate teams to collaborate, develop solutions, and drive positive results during the pandemic, I was promoted from an Operations Specialist to a Regional Vice President of Operations. Over the last six years, I have led initiatives where we diversified our revenue streams, piloted programs, and developed new relationships. I am comfortable analyzing and translating data from budgets, profit and loss statements, and industry trends to measurable changes. In fact, I genuinely enjoy completing proformas and analyzing financials. The teams under my leadership have significantly improved the financial performance and the client satisfaction of their communities. I attribute the success of the teams to clearly and concisely explaining the why behind everything that we ask our teams to do. When team members share in the vision of programs, policy changes, and initiatives, they effectively prioritize, make decisions, and move their piece of the project forward. Regardless of role, each member of the team has a critical part to play, and that is only accomplished with open communication and clear expectations of next steps.
