Massage and Bodywork Therapist since focusing on pain relief and injury rehabilitation, stress reduction, muscular retraining/reeducation and Lymphedema Therapies. I help you reduce stress, pain, edema (swelling) and increase range of motion, strength and overall well-being. My current focus is on including elements of nutrition, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and Neural Manipulation for the total wellness of each client. Stress is a main cause of illness and I enjoy teaching others ways of taking care of themselves.My goal is to create a retreat center that includes various forms of bodywork, nutrition, and strength training in a beautiful and relaxing environment to serve the greater Lawrence community.
