In my first year at CFR, I have transformed ADP into the official system of record for employee data while modernizing our use of HR technology, data governance, and workforce operations. I led major system optimizations, launched people analytics dashboards, implemented Built Position Control, CompAnalyst, and CompXL, and integrated ADP Screening & Selection Services to streamline hiring. I also created a custom systems user guide for CFR staff, and led trainings and office hours to increase systems fluency.I strengthened cross-functional collaboration between HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards by establishing enhanced processes, regular working sessions, and a shared collaboration website that I created and maintain to support system workflows and decision-making.In partnership with IT, I am aligning core systems across ADP, Outlook, CLASS, Active Directory, and CRM in preparation for future integrations, while improving data quality, security, and reporting accuracy.These efforts significantly improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and executive workforce insight, positioning CFR for long-term scalability in HR technology and people analytics.
